Iron is XPENG’s humanoid robot, debuted at the company’s AI Day in 2025. It stands 178 cm, weighs ~70 kg, and is notable for an exceptionally smooth, natural walking gait that the company calls “extreme anthropomorphism.” Iron is part of XPENG’s Physical AI strategy and shares perception and computing infrastructure with the company’s electric vehicles.
